Help with Northpath

The fastest support path is inside the app because it can include app version, build number, iOS version, and device model with your message.

Open Northpath, then go to Messages > Support. Sign in may be required for backend support requests.

Purchases

Subscriptions and Cloud AI credits are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Use your Apple account settings to manage, cancel, or request help with billing.

Cloud AI

On supported iPhones, AI suggestions run on device. If Cloud AI is needed, sign in with Apple from Northpath Settings and check your subscription or credits.

Screen Time

Usage reports require Apple's Screen Time authorization and compatible entitlements. If access is denied, the rest of Northpath remains available.

Export and deletion

Use Northpath Settings to export a JSON snapshot, delete local device data, or delete backend data associated with your Apple sign-in account.

App review

Reviewers should use the App Review notes supplied in App Store Connect for FamilyControls, Cloud AI, and purchase verification steps.
